To date, we have completed and currently manage the Ursynów Business Park office building, located at Nr. 303 Puławska street, and a restored, commercial/residential tenement building located at the intersection of Nr. 1/3 Chmiela street and Nr. 29 Nowy Świat street, and the latest investment – the Polna Corner complex, which comprises a new office building and two restored tenement houses. The complex is located in the area of Polna, Waryńskiego and Progi streets, directly next to the entrance to the Politechnika metro station.

We guarantee our tenants interior arrangements and high-quality finishings that suit their individual needs, completed on time and in accordance with their expectations. Many of our long-standing tenants have rented our properties from the very moment they were completed.
The satisfaction of our tenants is our main priority. We achieve this by adopting a proactive management style, based on avoiding potential problems and resolving any existing problems in the fastest possible time.
Our scope of interest includes old tenement buildings in commercial locations close to tourist attractions (also claims), commercial/residential or office buildings and plots of land intended for commercial development. We are interested in real estate located in Warsaw, preferably in the very centre of town.
